With a 12 year background as an art director in the cut-throat London ad industry, Kaarl now plies his trade from the rural safety of the Lincolnshire countryside.

As a freelance illustrator-designer, he happily flits from traditional to digital media in order to meet with clients’ ever increasing multimedia requirements.
3D modelling often plays a significant part in his image making process where strong, graphic realism is required. However, Kaarl is just as happy producing ‘loose’ line and colour wash scamps / layouts for the concept stage of a client’s project.
